What we collect
When you contact us through a form on this website or through one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, budget, the type of property you are looking for and your message. We also record the language of the page and how you reached us, for example the advertisement or link you clicked.
When you write to us by WhatsApp or email, or call us, we keep the content of our exchanges.
When you browse the website, we and our partners collect technical information such as the pages you view, your type of device and browser, an approximate location based on your IP address and the actions you take on the site. This is done with cookies and similar technologies, described below.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and send you properties that match it.
- To arrange viewings and assist you with a purchase or a sale.
- To measure how our website and advertising perform, and to show our advertisements to people likely to be interested, including people who have already visited our website.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the people and companies below.

- Service providers working on our behalf, such as our website hosting, email and IT providers.
- An artificial intelligence service that helps us prepare a first selection of properties matching your request. Our team reviews every selection before anything is sent to you.
- Our advertising and analytics partners Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for the purposes described in the cookies section below and for the forms in our Facebook and Instagram advertisements.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers are located outside Thailand and outside the European Union. In that case we rely on the safeguards they provide, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Your rights
Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act and, if you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict its use, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also ask us at any time to stop sending you messages. Write to sales@c21samui.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee or with the data protection authority of your country.
Security
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures, and only the people who need it to handle your request can access it.
